The Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Professional Development for Educators aims to increase the awareness, knowledge, and skills for any educator in the state of Indiana. This professional development will focus on SEL in any learning environment, including online, to build capacity and competence of educators across the state.

There are twelve online learning modules in this series. The first three modules are required and must be taken before progressing forward. These introductory modules will build foundational knowledge by introducing research and theory, the SEL to support equity, anti-bias, and anti-racist practices, and positive discipline practices rooted in SEL.

After completing the first three learning modules, participants will then have choice to select seven of the remaining nine modules to complete. Once the educator finishes a series of ten learning online modules, a *stipend of $100 will be paid to them.

*The first 500 educators to complete 10 modules will receive the $100 stipend.
