Welcome to the AIMC Leadership and Professional Impact course.  This course provides the internal consultant with basic principles of being a consulting leader. It also illustrates key concepts from servant leadership and how to be a trusted advisor enables a consultant to have greater professional impact. This module is built on the foundational connection between organizational and personal principles and values and the impact of cultural diversity and inclusion on organizational performance.

This course includes three sections:

• Section 1: Internal Consultant as a Trusted Advisor
• Section 2: Servant Leadership 

Upon completion of this course you will be able to perform the following

• Take actions that are consistent and aligned with company values and beliefs
• Demonstrate credibility and the ability to establish and lead high-performing in-person or virtual teams
• Provide appropriate advice and feedback to improve team effectiveness
• Work effectively with diverse individuals and across cultures to achieve positive results
• Maintain professionalism and holds self and others accountable for high standards of performance
• Manage ambiguity, demonstrates agility and take risks to accelerate value realization
• Hold self accountable for individual and team decisions and results; articulates decision making rationale
• Practice continuous learning and growth and empowers others to do the same
