Full course description
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes a strategic asset across industries, leaders must evolve to harness its potential for organizational transformation. This course equips MBA students and current managers with the knowledge and tools to lead AI-driven change, focusing on how AI can enhance leadership decision-making, strategic foresight, and operational effectiveness. Through a sectoral lens—spanning transport, sports, and the public sector—students will explore how AI tools can be used to generate insights, optimize performance, and support evidence-based leadership.
The course blends foundational AI concepts with leadership theory, change management, and ethical considerations. Students will engage with real-world case studies, hands-on AI tools, and scenario planning exercises to understand how to lead responsibly in an AI-augmented environment. Emphasis will be placed on aligning AI capabilities with organizational goals, communicating AI-driven insights to stakeholders, and navigating the cultural and structural shifts required for successful AI adoption.
