Homecoming Butler Architectural Tour - John Lacheta
Oct. 4th - 9:00 am - 10:15 pm ET, In front of Dugan Hall
In 2022 the Indianapolis Business Journal released the “Top 10 Architecturally Wonderous Buildings in Indianapolis” – which names three Butler University buildings. Join us for a walk through Butler’s campus to admire the architecture of the buildings and grounds. This campus walk will learn about J.I. Holcomb’s vision that brought the Gardens, Bell Tower, and Observatory which bear his name, the brutalist Clowes Memorial Hall, the Collegiate Gothic Arthur Jordan Memorial Hall, and the New Formalism of Irwin Library, among many more.
