Sunset Yoga on the Butler Mall – Julia Brookshire

Bring your mat and join yoga instructor, Julia Brookshire, for outdoor sunset yoga on the Butler Mall. Connect movement with breath to calm the mind and improve balance. This gentle, beginner level class will relax and rejuvenate. Participants will receive a water bottle/laptop sticker to kick off homecoming festivities!
